While having brunch at Lechem Erez, the new salad bar in the middle of the cafe tickled our fancy. 
We went for it the following night after a long day at the beach when we had no patience to cook.
We picked the olive oil cured artichokes, some black olives and chevre stuffed roasted aubergines. I also bought a jar of the pickled lemon and herbs pesto that I loved so much during our previous brunch (for Salmon or cheese sandwiches).
