it's been holiday season here. we've been enjoying the last bit of summer,

Anyone living in Israel knows that Israelis take their hummus seriously. Abu Hassan in Yaffo, where they serve the king of all hummus (I still refuse to eat it), at 8 o'clock in the morning.
